The Commons Thonglor เป็นอีก community mall โครงการใหม่ใจกลางทองหล่อ ซึ่งขึ้นชื่อว่าเป็นย่านของการ กิน ดื่ม เที่ยวกลางคืน

สำรวจ (Walk-through)

ที่ตั้งจะอยู่บริเวณซอยทองหล่อ 17 บนถนนสขุมวิท 55 อยู่ใกล้กับ Oakwood residence sukhumvit, J Avenue และ สถานีตำรวจทองหล่อ

ด้วยความที่เป็นซอย ถึงแม้จะมี 2 เลนให้รถผ่านเข้าออกแต่ว่าก็น่าจะเหมาะกับเป็นแหล่ง residential area มากกว่าจะนำมาเป็น community mall เพราะรอบๆ ข้างเป็นบ้านเรือนและ Low-rise condominium

ตอนนี้ยังอยู่ในระหว่างการก่อสร้างนะคะ ภาพที่ได้จากวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2015 เป็นภาพ site ก่อสร้างที่ยังไม่แล้วเสร็จ

ใช้การเดินระยะทางประมาณ 200 เมตรจากปากซอยเข้ามา มีพี่วินมอเตอร์ไซต์อยู่หน้าปากซอย เป็นซอยที่สงบมาก

ป้าย site ก่อสร้าง มี slogan ติดด้วย

ในซอยทองหล่อ 17 มีลักษณะเป็นย่านที่อยู่อาศัย มีบ้านคนและคอนโดตั้งอยู่ พอรถมาจอดสองข้างทางทำให้ขับเข้า-ออก ยากอยู่พอสมควรเลย ทาง mall ถ้าสร้างเสร็จก็คาดหวังให้น่าจะมีที่จอดเป็นบริการด้วย

ติดกับ The commons เป็นที่ตั้งของร้านอาหาร ข้าวจ้าว ร้านเปิดโล่ง ดูสะอาด มีต้นไม้ปกคลุม เหมาะกับเป็นร้านอาหาร style urban ให้นั่งรับประทานได้สบายๆ เวลามากับครอบครัวจริงๆ

Photos taken as of March 2016 at the Commons Thonglor. 

The project construction is already completed. All shops are opened with the guests and visitors. Based on the observation, the project has the breakthrough design as if we are visiting the community mall in Europe or America.

So, thump up for all work done as it has innovative design and the shops inside are uniquely found.

The multi-layer design equipped with the deck creating more spaces.

The parking in front is for Quick Parking (less than 30 minutes).  There is Super Carpool parking, which is parking spots reserved for people who come together in parties of 3 or more.

The wall carved with this community mall’s intentions.

Opposite of the project located the house. The privacy may be lapse.

There are several floors and the ceiling is opened to enable air-flow.

Trees are actually fit with all tables and the shops. People feels as if they are sitting at the backyard.

Zoom closer inside the mall. The shops and restaurants are uniquely designed and impressive.
