Rhythm Sukhumvit 42 is located in the middle Sukhumvit area, the Sukhumvit Soi 42 where the shopping mall and the Nusasiri Grand Condo, the medical clinic are.
Ekamai is well-known of the foreigners or expatriate town. Specifically, there are many Japanese family stays in the area. In addition, the project is located next to the Gateway Ekamai shopping centre where there are many Japanese restaurants located inside. Therefore, the project is wisely developed to serve the need for the rentals for expatriates or the office workers who prefer to stay in the peaceful area as Soi Sukhumvit 42 is the residential area and developed. In addition, sometimes it’s even safe to walk alone at night without any harms.
The price at 145,000 baht per sq.m. isn’t over-priced as the project is 150 meters away from the Ekamai BTS skytrain station without the need of crossing over the road and it’s convenient to purchase foods and enjoy the Snow town, sport clubs, restaurants inside the Gateway Ekamai shopping mall.
