Park 24 is located in the middle of Sukhumvit area. Soi Sukhumvit 24 is the well-known areas of the high-rise residential buildings and many foreigners are staying in this area. The location of the project is pretty far to walk from the Promphong BTS station but the surroundings still attract many buyers who would like to enjoy the unique community malls with the western designs and Japanese towns and restaurants nearby the Soi Sukhumvit 24.

Inside the sale gallery resided the simulated architecture of the buildings. There are about 5 towers inside the project and the road cut across the Sukhumvit 22 and Sukhumvit 24 which is the competitive advantage for those who would like to avoid the heavy traffic jam especially during the rush hours(7-9AM and 4-8PM).

Bathroom materials are mixed of marble and the ceramics. The dark-color tone make the room look more elegant(In my view).
This is how the open kitchen built-in. It is quite common for the condominium kitchen nowadays.
The glass partition between the bedroom and the living room makes the room bigger. For some people who is shy to show the bedroom especially when it wasn’t properly arranged, you can manage to install the curtains to create your own privacy space.
Two bedroom has the living room in the middle. Still be separated with the glass partition.

Overall, Park 24 is designed for persons who can afford 200,000 Baht ++ per Sq.m. price and love to stay in the inner Sukhumvit areas. It may not be so convenient to walk to the BTS but there are many transportation choices such as
