The project itself is sitting in a prime location which has the potential of growth. Asoke is located in the middle of Bangkok and if you are taking the MRT, it will take only 1 station away to the office areas in Asoke BTS station.
The developer, AP Thailand, is the recognized residential property development in Thailand where the develop built so many project both in the past and future. In my view, it is very convenient for foreigners to commute both to the city and to the airport as the MRT station is 130 meters away from the front gate of condo and the Airport Rail Link is 30 meters away only.
Overall, with 120,000 – 160,000 Baht per Sq.M., it is recommended to purchase and to invest due to its location. The only drawback is the number of units and it’s total spaces. Namely 1,642 units in the 6-2-85 Rais seems to be too congested to stay and use the shared condo facilities. In addition, the shared facilities may be spoiled too early to its life-time.
Also, the surrounding nearby isn’t very well developed as there are not many shops and retails enough to accommodate the residents stayed inside.
